Before you send a file
Quick answers about files, materials, pricing and receiving your parts.
What file types can I send?
You can upload STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP or STP files. You can also send JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC or PDF references for a design quote.
Can you help if I do not have a 3D model?
Yes. Upload up to five photos, a sketch or reference images and include the dimensions and intended use. We will review the design and printing requirements together.
Which materials do you print?
Our core FDM materials are PLA for clean visual detail, PETG for practical functional parts and TPU for flexible components.
Is the online price the final price?
The website provides an initial estimate for models calculated at 15% infill. Final pricing is confirmed after checking geometry, orientation, supports, material and the requested finish.
Do you offer pickup, delivery or shipping?
Local pickup and delivery can be arranged in Toronto and across the GTA. We also ship completed orders by mail to customers anywhere in Canada.
How long will my project take?
Turnaround depends on model size, complexity, material, quantity and the current production schedule. Timing is confirmed before production begins.
